The house was originally built by the Lord Mayor of Norwich as a holiday home in 1890 with flint and brick elevations and has recently been fully restored and refurbished to a high standard. There is an in-out gravel drive with parking for approximately four cars. |
It’s available all year round for weekly holiday lets or out of season for long weekends. It is ideally suited to two families sharing, or a group of friends. |
The house is located on the edge of Cromer heading towards Overstrand and overlooking a putting green and the sea. All amenities are within a short walking distance. |
The house is in the ideal location for exploring all of the North Norfolk coast, It’s a pleasant half an hour’s drive away from areas such as the Stiffkey Marshes, Holkham Beach and the renowned Pubs and Restaurants in North Norfolk. |
