Bracondale House
The house was originally built by the Lord Mayor of Norwich as a holiday home in 1890 with flint and brick elevations and has recently been fully restored and refurbished to a high standard. There is an in-out gravel drive with parking for approximately four cars.
It’s available all year round for weekly holiday lets or out of season for long weekends. It is ideally suited to two families sharing, or a group of friends.
The house is located on the edge of Cromer heading towards Overstrand and overlooking a putting green and the sea. All amenities are within a short walking distance.
The house is in the ideal location for exploring all of the North Norfolk coast, It’s a pleasant half an hour’s drive away from areas such as the Stiffkey Marshes, Holkham Beach and the renowned Pubs and Restaurants in North Norfolk.
